When our Client called us about a project in Bangalore, we weren’t expecting a Spanish home. Spanish homes have a classical beauty that we can rarely find elsewhere. An ongoing project, this home, a penthouse, is highlighted by its bright and airy pastel color palette. High-half-rounded arched windows define the space, letting in maximum sunlight reflecting across the Morrocan floor tiles. Wooden flooring paves the way in high traffic areas such as the living and dining and is softened by carpets which would help keep warm during Bangalore’s winter. The tile flooring continues till the neatly hidden terrace garden with a waterbody, a sanctuary for the client from the never-ending hustle and bustle of city life. 

The aim of the project was to create a desirable place to live that balances usable private space with high quality public space.
